College of Education alumnus James Raymond Harding (Ed.S. ’96, Ph.D. ’99), an Instructional Specialist that heads up the University of Choice Initiative (Disability Awareness) for the Office of the Provost at FSU,  shares his story of being a two-time quadriplegic, educator, husband, provider and “change agent,” and his thoughts on being recently recognized by Leadership Tallahassee as Servant Leader of the Year.
